🥗 Ingredients

Fruit Salsa:

  • 2 kiwis, peeled and diced
  • 2 Golden Delicious apples, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 8 ounces raspberries
  • 1 pound strawberries, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons fruit preserves (any flavor)

Cinnamon Chips:

  • 10 (10-inch) flour tortillas
  • Butter-flavored cooking spray
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar

👩‍🍳 Directions

Step 1: Prepare the Fruit Salsa

In a large mixing bowl, gently combine kiwis, apples, raspberries, strawberries, white sugar, brown sugar, and fruit preserves. Mix well until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to blend.

Step 2: Preheat and Prep Chips

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly coat one side of each tortilla with butter-flavored cooking spray. Cut tortillas into wedges and arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Step 3: Add Cinnamon Flavor

Sprinkle tortilla wedges with cinnamon sugar and lightly spray again for extra crispiness.

Step 4: Bake

Bake for 8–10 minutes or until golden and crispy. Repeat with remaining batches if needed. Allow chips to cool for about 15 minutes.

Step 5: Serve

Serve chilled fruit salsa with warm or cooled cinnamon chips for dipping. Enjoy immediately.
