You could serve it with fresh double cream or vanilla ice cream as they both complement it perfectly.

Many people think that free of gluten means the pie crust will not be crusty enough and it won't taste good. The reality is, if you don't tell anyone, they won't even notice that the pie crust is gluten free because it tastes the same and the texture is similar as well.
